Q: Why use this instead of StreamElements?
HitPay
has lower fees than PayPal. This means more of your donation goes to the streamer.
Q: Does Sukas see my actual name/number?
Nope, Sukas does not. The donations are sent to the payment provider (HitPay) and they will payout to Sukas.
Q: Does Alerts/TTS work?
Alerts and mediashare will work as per normal (min tip amounts apply).
You can use the mediashare search or paste YouTube link(s) into the message box for mediashare (min $2USD).
Separate multiple links with spaces.
Q: Why is the donation in USD?
StreamElements was setup in USD, hence it is more accurate to have donations in USD. The donation itself is still sent and received in SGD.
Q: What is the USD-SGD exchange rate used?
The USD-SGD exchange rate is fixed at 1.35.
